Asst. Manager Accounts bills receivable bank Operation
Key Responsibilities :Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Oversee customer billing, invoicing, and credit notes.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely follow-up and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for account clarifications.
• Maintain and update AR ledger, ensure accuracy in records.
• Prepare AR reports for management review (e.g., DSO, aging reports).
• Evaluate credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness.
Bank Operations:
• Manage daily banking operations including payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
• Monitor bank balances, forecast cash flows, and ensure adequate liquidity.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Liaise with banks for operational matters, KYC compliance, and relationship management.
• Ensure timely recording of bank transactions in the ERP system.
• Handle documentation for bank facilities (LCs, BGs, overdraft limits, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Compliance Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Support audit processes by preparing necessary AR and bank-related documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports for receivables and bank positions.
Required Skills Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and banking operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance related to receivables.
