Major role and responsibilities Required Skill Set:
• Part of Securities Regulatory Practice- Advisory and Litigation
• Keen Interest in Financial Regulations.
• Legal drafting, researching and client interactions
• Handling matters pertaining to securities Law, appearing before SEBI/SAT, drafting of reply/appeal/etc.
• Advising clients (Listed Companies, Intermediaries and Market Infrastructure Institutions) on aspects of corporate and securities law.
• Stock Exchange Arbitrations.
