Associate Lawyer

Singhania and Partners LLP, New Delhi office is looking for an Associate/Sr. Associate with minimum 3 years of experience mainly into infrastructure domain. Candidate needs to bring the benefit of legal knowledge and commercial acumen. Should have experience in structuring of transactions including due diligence.
