Job Brief: We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant, who will be performing various administrative tasks and should be able to give their best for any given task. Candidate must process good communication skills and should have fluency in English. Designation: Associate- Customer Service (Voice Process)

Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 0-1+Years Qualification: Any Work Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM (Monday - Friday)

Working Days: 5 Days(Mon – Fri) :

• Daily basis : Perform administrative tasks such as email management, answering calls, scheduling meetings and data entry tasks.

• Daily basis : Follow-ups (with clients or their vendors), manage onboarding/off-boarding checklists IT/Site/HR.

• Excel management(How to write and manage functional queries), Google sheets, Google forms, Google Calendar management Zapier(optional).

• Project management tool handling.

• Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reports creation and maintenance.

• Process automation tool handling.

Job Requirements:

• Should have good communication skills.

• Any Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
