Clean Power Staffing has partnered with a Global Law Firm that is highly regarded for their renewable energy practice group. They consistently rank in the top 10 according to AmLaw 100 and Chambers and have offices all across the United States.
They are currently seeking attorneys with ample experience practicing law within the renewable energy industry. There are various positions available across their Tax, Project Finance, Project Development and Environmental Regulatory practice groups. Their teams work with some of the largest industry leading developers, EPC firms, and Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturers.
Requirements -
• 2-8 years of experience practicing law at a highly ranked US law firm.
• Experience working with clients in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong competency in drafting and negotiating various renewable energy agreements.
• Strong academic record from a top law school.
• Willing and able to work on-site at one of their major offices in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Washington, D.C.
