· Shift Timing: In all Season 7:00am to 2:00pm In Winter Season 8:00am to 3:00pm.

· Working Day: Monday to Saturday.

· Fluent in Language: English, Hindi Bengali.

· Minimum Experience: Min 0 to 6 Months

· Salary: Fixed Salary 5500 + Incentive 2000

The role of a preschool Assistant teacher is crucial in laying the foundation for a child's education and development. Here are some key responsibilities and duties typically associated with the job of a preschool senior/head teacher:

Job description

a. i The Employee agrees that during the Employment Period, he/she shall devote his/her full business time to the business affairs of the Company and shall perform the duties assigned to him/her faithfully and efficiently, and shall endeavour, to the best of his/her abilities to achieve the goals and adhere to the parameters set by the Company.

b. The Employee shall be responsible for:

c. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

d. Develop lesson plans and learning goals with the head teacher

e. Maintain daily records, track student progress and intervene to help students progress as necessary

f. Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment where the unique needs of all students are met.

g. Arrange educational activities outside the classroom and supervise the students during breaks and mealtime.

h. Regularly communicate with family members and other staff, such as school psychologists and counsellors, in order to meet the individual needs of each student.

i. Ensure the classroom environment meets standards for safety and cleanliness.

j. Assist with classroom instruction and provide support and guidance to students.

k. Design and implement a classroom system to track student progress, and take steps to ensure academic progress is where it should be.

l. Supervise students during non-classroom time and arrange recreational activities

m. Work closely with the lead teacher to identify issues students are having and develop appropriate solutions.

n. Attend teacher meetings and training sessions, as well as parent-teacher conferences.

o. Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.

p. Create activities that are fun and educational for the children.

q. Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.

r. Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed.

s. Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children

t. Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
