Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Nashik

Qualification: Full-time MBA/PGP/PGDM/MSW with HR Specialization, Professional Courses in People Analytics, HR Analytics Metrics, and SAP HR

Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Management System (PMS): Manage the entire PMS cycle, including goal setting, self-assessments, and mid-year reviews.
• PMS Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate PMS records and databases are maintained.
• Training Development: Identify training needs, design skill matrices, and manage the training calendar and budget. Address skill gaps through relevant training resources and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and propose an Employee Engagement and Motivation Calendar, including budget management, securing approvals, and executing initiatives.
• Policy Development: Update and implement HR policies to reflect the current work culture and regulations, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• HR Systems Compliance: Assist with HR system implementations and maintain ISO documentation to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Grievance Handling: Address employee grievances related to payroll, canteen, transportation, security, and leave management.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Update SOPs as needed to ensure efficient HR operations.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Plan and execute CSR activities as per the annual calendar.
• Recruitment: Keep recruitment progress reports and databases updated, managing diverse recruitment sources to attract top talent.
