• Candidate should be completed min of B.Sc. (Nursing) or M.B.A (HR) or B.Sc. (Hospital Management). • Candidate should have min of 6 months to 5 Years in health care industries. • The salary range will be Rs.20 k to 30 k / month based on their education, experience and knowledge. • Planning recruitment strategy for finding various institutions and colleges which is related to health care. • Always travelling for recruitment domestic and outstation in around Chennai and Tamil Nadu. • Candidate should have the dedications and proactive towards the achievement of assigned target and goals for the day / week / month. • Candidate should have to capability of handling the staff grievances and legal proceeding in case happens. • Candidate should have excellent talent on communications in various languages (Must know Tamil and English, Other languages are optional) • Candidate should have 2 wheeler for marketing purpose for everyday / weekly / monthly. • Candidate should be ready to work for 24 / 7 to handle the staff in terms of reporting duties at patient home, replacements for existing staff, handling staff grievances. • Candidate should have experience in making of attendance salary report according to the health care protocol. • Candidate should be ready to join immediately.
