Store wise monthly Sales performance - Target vs actual - rolling forecast
(inventory to be changed accordingly)
Store requirement - Gaps in Assortment Group level, category gap.
Inward to secondary sales - TA/Follow-up , PO pendency to be highlighted and
closed with account manager.
Tracking pick list to delivery lead time and incorporate same in rolling forecast.
Mid-Season IST/Pull back.
Minimise system leakages in terms of SOH, Sale and SIT.
Return process and closure.
