Job description
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews).
Must have Assistant Manager Domestic BPO HR experience is mandatory
Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
