Assistant Manager BPO

As Assistant Manager, you will be directly responsible for daily operations of collections process. You will be required to manage all the processes associated, and suggest system and process improvement using your knowledge and experience.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage the team and the performance. This role is primarily responsible for recovery process.

· Driving, motivating the team for delivering the desired targets.

· Conduct team performance reviews, assess needs, analysis and other operational strategy assessments for the process improvement.

· Establish a high standard for achieving desired productivity and quality.

· Manage and improve team performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.

· Understanding of data and collections trend for improving performance.

· Preparing regular reports for self and team performance assessment.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 2 + years of managerial experience

· Collections experience required

· Motivated self-starter, can handle pressure and committed.

· Should have experience of handling outbound process

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
