Assistant Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager from a hospitality background to support and enhance our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations in the hotel or resort industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
• Manage time and attendance records, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback collection.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
• Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance redressals in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Maintain accurate records in the HRMS and ensure smooth documentation flow.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA in HR preferred)
• 4–5 years of proven experience in a hospitality HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll software).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential matters.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
