Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Business Development Manager to support our growth in the healthcare sector. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and on-ground sales initiatives across Jaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to new business prospects in hospitals, clinics, and labs

Present products and services to potential clients and support closing deals

Maintain client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction

Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns within the healthcare community

Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and CRM updates

Collaborate with senior management to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in the healthcare sector

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with local healthcare market (Jaipur region)
Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Immediate joining is a strong preference
