Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

You will be providing administrative support to the assessment, admission, and transfer processes for trainees and candidates wishing to become qualified RICS professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support through:

o Administrative checks on candidate eligibility for assessment
o Inputting assessment panels and results into the system
o Undertaking candidate plagiarism checks
o Ensuring pre-assessment centre material is ready
To support external stakeholders with assessment logistics/organisation

Actively record, update and amend information on internal database to ensure accurate data

Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with GDPR

About You

A sound understanding of Microsoft packages with excellent data input and accuracy

First class communication and organisational skills with an ability to help and support internal and external

stakeholders with requests and queries
An understanding of quality assurance procedures

Ability to build effective relationships with members, the public and stakeholders

Ability to prioritise work with ever changing demands to ensure deadlines are met
