Artist Manager – Execution Operations
Primary Focus: Day-to-day execution, logistics, client communication, and support
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Show Event Logistics
Book travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transport)
Coordinate glam (makeup artist, hairstylist, wardrobe if needed)
Hire and manage support crew: videographers, photographers, etc.
Prepare and share show run-of-show, itineraries, and logistics sheets
2. **Client Agency Outreach
Proactively DM agencies on behalf of Lynsia to scout gig opportunities
Follow up with past clients and leads
Send emails, proposals, and availability to potential collaborators
3. **Administrative Financial Support
Handle all invoicing and ensure timely payments
Track expenses, create basic budgets for shows or tours
Send contracts, collect feedback forms, and manage post-show wrap-ups
4. **Communication Management
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and partners
Represent Lynsia in a professional and timely manner across DMs and emails
Manage scheduling, bookings, and calendar coordination
