Job Purpose :Head of the territory for sourcing, customer service, Local OEM interactions, channel team management. Over all business head for the territory.Managerial Responsibilities :Managing and motivating the sales team towards achieving targets. Responsible for empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation. Ensuring process documentation compliance, FI, agreement execution credit approval. Hiring, training development of sales team to achieve targeted numbers.Functional Responsibilities :Business sourcing and relationship management of sourcing channelsTeam managementRelationship management with key strategic clientsPayout reconciliationCo-ordination with internal stake holdersDeep understanding of Balance sheet and key ratios.Can talk to clients advising on how to improve balance sheet and thus business performance.Should know by name delinquent and risky customers.Should be expert in cross sell.Have deep knowledge of Sarface act and also mortgage process.He has to have complete skill of SME ASMRevenue Responsibilities :Will be managing 20% of the overall budget of Pan India for next 6 months.
