Architectural Technologist

HAUS Careers are pleased to be working with a respected SW London architecture practice renowned for its large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. They are now seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team, focusing on the technical design and delivery of exciting residential schemes.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a detail-oriented technologist to work on significant projects within a dynamic and supportive studio environment.
Key requirements for this Architectural Technologist Role:
• A recognised qualification in Architectural Technology (CIAT membership is desirable)
• Proven experience working on medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use projects
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills, particularly through RIBA Stages 3-5
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and statutory requirements
• Confident in coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience in preparing and delivering high-quality technical packages
• Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred
