Android Developer

Responsibilities:
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience developing Android applications using Java, Kotlin, and Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Adept at writing unit tests, automation tests, and performing manual testing
• Proficiency in Git version control system
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
