● Capability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practices

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures

● Executed on RCAs / tough eng problems at work

● Won awards / Recognised by upper management for going above and beyond

● Open source/pet projects contributions
