Amazon Advertising Performance Marketing Lead
About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Amazon Performance Marketing professional to lead our US market expansion and drive profitable growth through strategic advertising and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Optimize product listings with keywords, and analyze sales data to improve conversions
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS, ACoS)
• Develop and execute Amazon SEO strategies
• Manage advertising budgets and forecast performance
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
• A/B test product listings, images, and ad creative
• Coordinate with Amazon account management and logistics teams
• Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years Amazon advertising experience (US marketplace)
• Proven track record managing $20k+ monthly ad spend
• Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central
• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Experience with card games/toys/consumer products (preferred)
• US market knowledge and timezone availability
