All Rounder/Kitchen Hand/cook

The Role

All-Rounder/Kitchen Hand:

· Report directly to the Chef Manager

· Serving customers and using the tills (POS)

· Packing and running orders

· Works on the daily preparation of food to a high standard

· Cleaning and sanitizing work stations

· Engaging with your team and customers alike

· Experience with sushi making is not essential but highly desirable

· Perform opening and closing of the store

· Attention to detail

· Preparing the kitchen for the lunchtime rush

· Cleaning and sanitising the kitchen to ensure all food safety standards are met

· Previous experience in kitchen, food service or catering roles is highly desirable

Skills and Experience

· People person with a positive, can-do attitude

· Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure during busy periods

· Good communication skills

· Organisational and time management skills

· Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues
