JOB DESCRIPTION :
Strategic Planning Planning and executing strategy and market plans in order to achieve the sales forecast and business development. Establishing short term and long term sales budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals. Sales and Marketing Design and implement process for the sales and marketing operations. Conduct market Surveys to keep pace with the changing market trends and competitor moves. Identify, explore and develop new markets and tap profitable business opportunities. Distribution Management Achieve business targets in the designated territory via the existing dealer network, identifying new opportunities for growth. Develop and. maintain the Distribution network for the achievement of primary and secondary sales. Evaluate performance monitor distributor sales, inventory and marketing activities.
Team Management Responsible for recruitment and training of personnel and team members to deliver quality service in the market. Provide direction and motivation to the sales team and distributors about the product for enhancing the overall performance. Monitor and analyze the performance of team members and assigning them targets/tasks on regular basis
