• Experience in insurance industry or financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in Insurance or relevant field is a plus
