Key Responsibilities
Manage medication changes and ensure timely processing of orders for aged care residents.

Verify and oversee the delivery of medications, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance.
Support a team-oriented approach by collaborating with technicians and pharmacists.
Lead daily operational tasks, including managing DD safes and clinical intervention records.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor of Pharmacy and full APHRA registration.
Experience in aged care pharmacy preferred but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
