Your next role:
Permanent full time role
Report into a Clinical Nurse Manager and work in conjunction with another Clinical Nurse
Be the clinical expert on the floor and the first point of contact for any complex care issues
Provide guidance, direction, training and mentoring to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and AINs
Assist with the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the facility is compliant with legislation and accreditation requirements
Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed care outcomes

About you:
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
Must have experience in a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Care Coordinator role within residential aged care
An approachable leader who enjoys empowering staff by providing mentoring, education and guidance
Driven, resilient, flexible and passionate about delivering exceptional care and customer service
Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
