Aftersales Manager
• Maintain and develop close relationship with key customers.
• Ensure timely submission of quotation/tenders (including technical data, scope matrix and KP|s) as per the commitments set forth by the sales team to the customer.
• Build relationship and ensure close coordination with concerned CoC (Centre of Competence) and various internal departments of El, Automation, Plant Engineering etc.
• Visit customers accross the APAC region to promote after sales business meet sales target.
• Derive competitive estimation model of service projects and ensuring required profit margins and lead time,
• Prepare enquiry specification and evaluate customer requirements throughly submit offer in line with the customer requirement.
Qualification : B.E./ Diploma, Mechnical / Electrical / Mecatronics / Instrumentation Engineer.
Preference : Experience on Pharma equipments will be prefered.
