System Administrator Position
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise applications issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration.
• Perform software deployments, patches, and upgrades.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
• Ensure strict compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Mandatory Requirements:
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
• Valid MCSE certification – must provide certificate number and expiry date with application.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Win10/11), Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365.
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
• BASIC understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sydney, NSW.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Intune, SCCM, or other endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of Mac OS support is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
