Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with an International Membership Organisation to recruit an Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a dynamic and prestigious global organisation.

As an Administrator, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the Divisions Department. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will help coordinate important meetings, events, and communications within a leading membership organisation.

Organisation: International Membership Organisation

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 2 days in the office/week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to various committees, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports.

Assist in organising and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and small events, both online and in-person.

Manage data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records in the organisation's database.

Support the preparation and distribution of session materials and speaker processing for the Annual Conference.

Provide technical support for online meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation.

Assist with proofreading newsletters and conference programmes.

Person Specifications:

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within an office environment.

Experience with scheduling, minute-taking, and working with senior professionals is advantageous.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with Zoom and database management is desirable.

Behavioural Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, self-motivation, and a professional demeanour. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

Special Circumstances: Willingness to occasionally work outside normal office hours to support events and the ability to travel internationally to events.
