We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires proficiency in data entry, strong computer skills, and excellent phone etiquette. The Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office procedures and supporting various departments as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to ensure an organised workspace.
Support financial operations by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping via AIP Xero systems.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as required.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance teamwork.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Xero for financial management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with general office equipment (printers, scanners) is advantageous.
