About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Medical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Coordinator of Medical Services and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and event coordination for the Medical Services team.
Produce key documents, reports, minutes, and correspondence to ensure clear communication and organisational efficiency.
Assist with research and project work to provide valuable insights that improve medical services in the region.
Ensure smooth operations through efficient records and information management in line with SA Public Sector guidelines.
Requirements

Proven experience in high-level administrative roles, including diary management, travel coordination, and report preparation.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to offer sound recommendations.
A thorough understanding of administrative processes and record management, alongside familiarity with computing software to create professional materials.
Knowledge of the SA Public Sectors policies, particularly in relation to information and records management, is highly desirable.
