The Role
\
We are seeking an experienced administrator who can provide high-quality support services to our Manager Operations and the smooth running of the campus. This includes providing administrative support, calendar management, and a variety of bookings, as well as reception duties, managing book/work systems, supporting and maintaining site resources, receiving mail/deliveries, setting up for hui/events, and building and maintaining positive relationships.

Has experience in administration and customer service.
\
Can converse in Te Reo Maori (Basic level).
\
Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
\
Possesses a Certificate in Business Administration or Computing (Level 3).
\
Is proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
\
Has an eye for detail.
\
Can take initiative and find answers.
\
Can take minutes.
\
Manages time effectively.
\
Has a clean, full NZ Driver's License.
\
Is adaptable to learn new systems.
\
\
As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture, and tikanga) is desirable.
