Role Highlights
Provide administrative support to Allied Health Clinicians and other staff members in a multidisciplinary team environment
Utilize information systems to record and update patient demographic information and track chart movements
Maintain accurate and efficient records, adhering to approved policies and guidelines
Coordinate patient appointment activities, manage clinic waiting lists, and ensure smooth transitions between services
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate patient appointment activities, including arrival, booking, and rescheduling of clinics
Manage patient demographic information, Medicare details, and referral details using relevant software applications
Ensure transportation and follow-up appointments are arranged, as required
Track and maintain accurate records of patient charts, current encounter charts, health fund details, and admission details
