This role will be responsible for maintaining the reception area, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development and maintenance of processes and procedures.
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a salary of $70,170.36 per annum, with the potential for up to $15,8++ per annum as a tax-free fringe benefit (conditions apply). Superannuation and leave entitlements are also provided.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the reception area, including managing stationery and tea-room supplies.
"
Provide frontline information on NAAFLS services and process client intake enquiries.
"
Monitor, screen and redirect calls and visitors.
"
Enter information into NAAFLS electronic document storage system.
"
Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of processes and procedures.
"
Support staff meetings and organisational wide meetings as required.
"

Selection Criteria
"
"
Ability to provide high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
"
Knowledge and experience in administrative procedures.
"
Proven ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
"
Demonstrated ability using computer programs and databases.
"
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
"
Able to obtain a Working With Children Clearance and a clear Criminal History Check.

This position requires a 'C' Class NT Drivers Licence and the ability to work proactively without direct supervision.
