Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located at the Consulate of Montenegro in New Delhi. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the consulate's operations. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, maintaining files and records, handling correspondence, and providing support to executive staff with administrative duties.
Qualifications
• Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
• Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a diplomatic or international environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
