As we expand our satellite operations in Pune, we’re looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to help support daily operations and coordinate across global teams.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support to the CEO and remote executive team
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and handle internal follow-ups
Maintain organized digital records and help prepare reports or presentations
Manage daily office logistics within the WeWork space (supplies, visitors, vendors)
Assist with local onboarding tasks and team coordination
Support the customer success and documentation teams with ad hoc requests
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other modern tools
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Based in Pune and available to work on-site at WeWork Eleven West – Baner, Monday to Friday
