Job Responsibilities

Organize and manage invoices and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Provide direct support to the CEO, assisting with daily tasks and projects.
Take accurate and detailed notes during meetings.
Perform various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Occasional travel may be required to support company initiatives.
Qualifications

Language Skills: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, French, and Chinese (Mandarin).
Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
