Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
• Staff Management
• Communication with Suppliers, Vendors, Service Providers, Artisans etc.
Qualifications Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite(Word, PowerPoint, and Excel )
• A Professional who excels in Organization, Time management, Interpersonal skills, Written Verbal communication, Adaptability, and Attention to detail
