Main Responsibilities
• Ensure the processing and follow-up of administrative documents (contracts, invoices, etc.).
• Update and manage client databases and files.
• Organize and archive documents according to established standards.
• Supervise payments, due dates, and client follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of tax and social security declarations.
• Manage client accounts.
• Archive and classify all contractual and administrative documents while adhering to confidentiality rules.
• Assist in managing employee files and updating information in the HR system.
• Participate in organizing recruitment interviews and following up on the hiring administrative process.
Profile Sought
✅ Minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for a degree in administration, accounting, HR, or related fields.
✅ Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
