This position provides high-level administrative support to senior personnel by managing information flow, coordinating office functions, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records systems, and assisting with basic bookkeeping
• Review and approve invoices, memos, reports, letters, and financial documents
• Analyse incoming submissions and communications to determine importance and appropriate routing
• Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings, committees, and internal events
• Make travel and meeting arrangements for leadership and staff
• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations
• Support executives with day-to-day administrative needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Skills Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
• Skilled in maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive information
• Experience in event planning and meeting coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
• Prior experience supporting executives is required
Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 8–10 years of relevant administrative experience
• Experience working directly with executives required
