The Job:
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Linehaul team at Perth Airport.
This role is critical in providing administrative support to the linehaul operations team in WA efficiently and effectively, in alignment with the Team Global Express Business Plan, to achieve service excellence within established timeframes and cost guidelines.

Monday to Friday, 8AM-4PM, office-based role

Some Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Linehaul operations team
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for shipments, schedules, and timesheets
Assist in the preparation of payroll inputs and operational reports
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support process improvements and help drive operational efficiency
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Respond promptly to queries from other business units and partners
About You:
Skills Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar admin or operations support role
Previous exposure to transport, logistics, or warehousing is an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Analytical skills and ability to consider multiple factors in decision-making
Experience working with reports and data consolidation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt, manage change, and work in a team environment
