Administration Officer - Project Services
Employment Status: Permanent, full time
Days Hours of Work: Monday - Friday totalling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary: Band 4 - $74,980 - $80,502 p.a (dependent on experience) + 12% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role:
As a valued member of the Project Services team, you will provide timely, responsive and professional administrative assistance to the Manager Project Services and the broader Project Services Department.
You will be responsible for:
Excellent computer skills with the ability to operate various systems
Good planning and organising skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
A customer focused approach with the ability to interact with a variety of people
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
High ability for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Sector Leading communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Notes, Outlook, Powerpoint, ProMapp, MS Project (TRIM, PPM, CAMMsstratergy, Nimblex and Authority will be considered favourably)
Autonomous administration management including data input and contract management
Mandatory pre-employment requirements:
Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check
Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check
