What you'll do

You will build relationships and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including health providers and consumers (parents of children not up to date with immunisations), using effective communication in a contact centre environment. You will ensure complete, accurate and reliable records regarding vaccination events are entered and maintained in relevant information systems and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and utilise a range of specific information and technology systems related to immunisation and Health Contact Centre (HCC) services including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the Australian Immunisation Register along with Queensland Health state-wide health information systems. You will provide support to Clinical and Operations staff and undertake other administrative tasks as required including processing and responding to correspondence (SMS, email and letters) from stakeholders and other activities relating to all mailouts, including maintenance of adequate administrative supplies, letterheads, envelopes, and printing supplies in line with established policy, protocols and procedures.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:
Experience in the use of guidelines, schedules and procedures and a capability to learn new systems as required.
Demonstrated skills in interpersonal, written and oral communication is required.
Experience of working within a team and active contribution toward shared goals.
Experience in working within an environment of changing priorities.
Experience of within a call centre environment.
Proven high level of attention to detail in relation to data entry and data management.
Contributes to a pro-active workplace culture and environment by building and maintaining relationships with the unit and organisation through interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to consult and communicate effectively, and working collaboratively with colleagues.
