Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Service Support Intern in Pune. The intern will provide administrative assistance, customer service, and support finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
• Assist in managing documentation, inventory, and internal databases
• Organize records of site visits, dealer data, and project files
• Help with scheduling meetings, demos, and support requests
• Coordinate between sales, tech, and operations teams
Technical Support:
• Provide first-level support for product installations and troubleshooting
• Assist dealers and clients in configuring smart automation systems
• Log and track technical issues reported from field teams
• Maintain knowledge base and FAQ documentation
Skills Qualifications
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
• Basic understanding of smart devices, IoT, or electrical systems is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with MS Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp-based updates
• Willingness to learn, multitask, and grow with a tech-driven company
