Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to frontline, phone, and email inquiries, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
Assist clients with registration, enrolment, program details, and appointment bookings, offering clear and accurate guidance.
Promote Navitas Skilled Futures programs and events to clients and stakeholders, enhancing awareness and engagement.
Ensure accurate and secure client records, data entry, and documentation to maintain seamless service delivery.
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in reception and student areas, addressing client needs with care.
Escalate client feedback, complaints, or issues in a timely manner to support continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
The person we seek will ideally have the following skills and experience:

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Awareness of diverse cultural perspectives and a sensitive, client-focused approach.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
Desirable:

Previous experience in the education sector or government-contracted programs.
Familiarity with student management systems.
