About the Role:

As an Admin Guest Relations Officer, you will:

Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries

Handle bookings, reservations, and administrative tasks

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations

Manage phone and email correspondence efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

Living in Australia with an easy reach to Newcastle NSW

Previous experience in hotel reception, administration, or customer service

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in hotel management software (preferred but not essential)

A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
