Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Summary:

The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of office operations. This includes handling office inventory, supervising housekeeping activities, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of office and pantry supplies.
Prepare and update inventory reports regularly.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and service-related requirements.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Support HR in organizing internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure timely payment and documentation of utility bills and vendor invoices.
Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation arrangements for staff and guests.
Maintain updated records of all third-party vendors and their performance.
Coordinate servicing and maintenance of all air conditioning units and maintain detailed records of service schedules, repairs, and vendor interactions.
Qualifications Skills:

1–5 years of experience in a similar Admin role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
