Admin Executive - Online Data Entry Operator

VidaXL is hiring candidates for the position of Admin Executive - Operations, You will be an essential support to the day-to-day running of the business. This role is best suited for someone organized, detail-oriented, and willing to contribute in a fast-paced environment. This job is a 100% work from home and candidates will receive a monthly salary between Rs 22000 to Rs 26000. The Job responsibilities and eligibility criteria are provided below. Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and compliance. Analyze operational reporting data (WFH reports, biometric logs). Prepare internal reports and assist with process improvements. Coordinate with functions (HR, Finance, IT) to support operations. Assist with internal communications and disseminate information to the team. Manage office supplies and vendor coordination. Assist in planning, meetings, and executing office logistics and events. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any field 0-3 years of admin, operations, or similar experience. Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Basic knowledge of the contracts process would be a plus. Strong data handling analytical skills. Organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask.
