Position: Admin cum Front Desk Executive.

Candidate Specification:
• Female Candidate only
• Should have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Should have a pleasant personality and be well groomed.
• Knowledge and hand on experience in handling MS office (Word, Excel and Basic PPT)
• Should have good guest interaction skills
• Candidate should come for the interview in Western formals only
• Dress attire: Compulsory Western formal
Job description:
• Co-ordination with all Departments.
• Inventory Management - Maintaining complete stock for.eg,stationery, pantry
• Handling staff absentee, daily attendance.
• Maintaining database of goods purchased.
• Vendor management.
• Handling incoming calls.
• Handling guests at front desk
• Taking care of office overall upkeep and maintenance
• Preparing reports as required
• Filing all documents necessary documents submitted to Head Office.
• Coordinating with the head office for day to day activities.
• Coordinate and arrange for Courier.
• Working on basic HR related activities
• Coordinate with stationary for inventory.
• Handling Travel desk
• Other Admin related work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Mumbai - 40006+, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
