Your New Role
We are seeking an Acquisition Proposition Lead to champion the development and ongoing optimisation of our B2C customer offering. This role is pivotal in achieving our growth targets by working collaboratively across value streams and the wider organisation. You will be responsible for constructing and delivering new member propositions and experiences aligned with our 2030 Strategy and Vision.
Some responsibilities will include:
Development of propositions and experiences for member cohorts, acting as the knowledge and subject matter expert on our offerings.
Recommending digital and technology-based initiatives to enhance the member experience.
To create and maintain a strategy and roadmap to acquire and engage members, particularly in the accumulation phase.
Identify market and competitor opportunities and risks, and communicate the strategy to internal stakeholders to gain buy-in and action.
Collaborate with relevant squads and Product Owners during ideation, delivery, and execution of initiatives.
Maintain and prioritise the backlog, advocate for best practices, and participate in showcases.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
8+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Excellent understanding of superannuation regulatory environment
Strategic thinker with the ability to practically execute, strong data and analytical skills
Ability to influence and collaborate in a complex, matrix organisational environment to achieve results
Experience in working in or leading an agile delivery team using tools such as JIRA to manage backlogs
Effective communication and presentation skills
Desirable - being a Product Owner in an agile squad, experience working across digital and technology platforms; knowledge of MarTech platforms (ideally Adobe but others also relevant) and RG196
