Job Title: Retail Accounts Manager

Location: Chennai, Anna Nagar

The Retail Accounts Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key retail accounts. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts.
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Manage account budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and present to senior management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail account management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
